Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our Kubernetes-based AI platform infrastructure. This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and operating scalable, secure, and highly available Kubernetes environments that support AI services.

You will work closely with development, delivery and project teams to ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines, robust infrastructure automation, and strong observability across production systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure to support scalable, highly available AI platform services

· Deploy, operate, and optimize production Kubernetes clusters, leveraging automation to improve efficiency and reliability

· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application and AI model deployment workflows

· Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible

· Collaborate closely with development, delivery, and project teams to align infrastructure solutions with business and platform requirements

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana

· Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and Kubernetes issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures

· Implement security best practices and ensure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure comply with security and governance requirements

· Plan and execute system patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management

· Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and operational procedures

· Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

· 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing complex infrastructure environments

· 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production

· Strong hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters using tools

· Solid understanding of Linux systems and hands-on system administration experience

· Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and/or Bash

· Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar)

· Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, security concepts, and infrastructure best practices

· Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
