Responsibilities:

Main:

• Handle Daily Outbound Delivery Team Duties (Schedule, Liaise, Prepare, Manage and Resolve with customers' delivery)
• Ensure smooth delivery of products to customer & collection of any items if any

Sub:

• Perform order processing from customers' requests (from quotation to processing orders)
• Follow up with customers' quotation to achieve target revenue

All the time:

• Coordinate with the various department to ensure smooth operation (required face to face communicate with the production staffs)
• Handle customers face to face regarding ordering or outbound matters.
• Beneficial to have basic accounting knowledge for processing of payment etc.
• Perform any administration duties assigned when required
• Responding to incoming email, phone, mobile platform enquiries
• Be responsible for all correspondences, filing, photocopying, recording, documentation
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
• Prefer to have candidates with experiences working in Singapore

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' level with related working experiences
• Applicant with either similar job duties will have advantages
• Comfortable to work in different multicultural team
• Possess strong analytic and mathematic skills
• Possess positive working attitude and willingness to learn
• Possess good communication skills (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills as required to handle customers enquiries daily
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Able to accept job flexibility and willingness to learn new duties
• Ability to start work with short notice preferred
• Applicants must be willing to work in Changi North (Preferably for applicants to stay in East area)
• 5.5days work week with alternate Saturday
• Mon - Fri (8am to 5.30pm); Alternate Sat (8am to 4pm)
