Job Scope:

• Support the Head of Sales in daily sales activities.
• Identify and follow up on potential customers and project opportunities.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and handle enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist with invoicing, progress claims, and payment follow-ups.
• Update sales records and reports using the ERP system.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in any field of study. Candidates without experiences are welcome to apply.
• Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as AutoCAD will be an advantage.
