We’re Hiring: Data Analyst

Level: Entry-Level / Junior to Mid-Level

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, build reports, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Interpret datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs and generate regular performance reports
• Support decision-making with accurate and timely analysis

Business Intelligence & Insights

• Assist teams in understanding operational and business performance
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements
• Analyze customer, sales, operational, or financial data to support growth strategies
• Translate complex findings into clear and understandable insights
• Support forecasting, planning, and business analysis initiatives

️ Data Management & Quality

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Perform data validation and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Assist with data governance and documentation practices
• Support data migration, integration, and reporting improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business, operations, finance, marketing, and technology teams
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences
• Support ongoing business improvement and digital transformation initiatives
• Participate in team discussions, planning, and strategic projects

️ Requirements Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Python, R, or data visualization tools is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
