You will collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and efficient resource allocation throughout various stages of project development and execution.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Cost Control and cost Management
- Ability to prepare, interpret, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Experience with Cost Planning and Cost Reporting methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in relevant Quantity Surveying software and tools
- Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in civil, mechanical, and electrical sectors is highly desirable
