This is a full-time, on-site role based in Semenyih for an Accounts & Admin Executive. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks including maintaining petty cash, using accounting software, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. They will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing GST (Goods and Services Tax) reporting, and assisting in administrative duties to support operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in petty cash management and financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and GST reporting.
• Strong knowledge of preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the logistics or freight industry will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
