• Process and review credit requests, prepare Credit Approvals, and ensure accurate recording of facilities in the bank's system
• Conduct customer and related party screenings, perform data entry, and maintain accurate insurance and mortgage records
• Prescreen and check documentation for mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with policy throughout the approval process
• Liaise with Sales teams and law firms to follow up on queries and ensure proper documentation review
• Prepare, organise, and scan documents into the bank's system, including Cisco warehousing duties
• Retrieve portfolio and credit information for internal and external audits, and support other administrative functions on rotation
