Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee & support daily food court operations to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational procedures & workplace policies.
• Plan, manage & monitor manpower deployment & roster arrangements across outlets.
• Lead, supervise & support outlet teams while maintaining workplace discipline & operational standards.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, operational readiness & service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, manpower & employment-related requirements.
• Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, staff training, disciplinary matters & staff performance management.
• Handle operational issues, customer feedback, and outlet-related coordination matters.
• Work closely with internal departments on operational planning & process improvements.
• Support implementation & usage of POS systems, HRIS systems & operational software.
• Assist with tenant coordination, operational planning & outlet space management where required.
Requirements
• Min 5 years of F&B operations mgt experience, preferably within hawker or food court environments.
• Strong manpower planning, roster mgt & operational coordination skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with good communication & team mgt skills.
• Experience in handling food court or multi-outlet operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, workplace safety & employment-related operational practices.
• Proficient in MS Office & comfortable using operational and digital systems.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees, tenants, suppliers & stakeholders.
• Able to work independently & manage operational matters in a fast-moving environment.
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications & overall suitability for the role.
