We are looking for an AV Technician to support our service department, maintaining and servicing of Audio-Visual systems for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot AV systems, including Control system, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, Videowall, Sound system and Stage lighting
Perform preventive maintenance and routine system inspections
Respond to service requests, both on-site and remotely
Minimize downtime and implement effective workaround solutions when necessary
Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation
Provide basic user support and guidance when required
Participate in standby duty as assigned
Requirements:
ITE, Diploma, or relevant certification in Electronics, AV, IT, or a related field
Hands-on experience with AV systems and troubleshooting skill
Ability to read and interpret AV schematic drawings
Willingness to work after office hours, on weekends, and public holidays when required
Basic knowledge of networking; familiarity with IP-based AV systems is an advantage
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to travel to client sites as needed
Relevant training will be provided
