As Bartender, you'll be the heartbeat of our bar — crafting drinks that complement the food, connecting with guests, and ensuring every visit to hayop feels like a warm welcome home. We're looking for someone with a passion for the craft, a gift for hospitality, and the energy to match a full dining room.
What you'll be doing
Craft and serve cocktails, spirits, and zero-proof drinks to a consistently high standard
Help keep the bar stocked, prepped, and running smoothly through every service
Work with the team to develop new drinks and seasonal cocktail offerings
Collaborate with the kitchen on food pairings and upselling
Maintain our cocktail recipe book — specs, methods, and images kept up to date
Welcome guests at the bar and deliver warm, attentive, knowledgeable service
Handle reservations and guest feedback with care and professionalism
Join daily pre-service huddles so the whole team is set up for a great night
Uphold our cleanliness and safety standards throughout every shift
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of bartending or bar service experience
A genuine passion for cocktails and hospitality
Sociable, sharp memory, and able to work well under pressure
Positive attitude and great personal presentation
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
