We are currently seeking a Flavour Laboratory Assistant & QA/QC Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food flavours and quality assurance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Description:
As a Flavour Laboratory Assistant & QA/QC Executive, you will be responsible for supporting flavour development activities and ensuring product quality standards are met. Your main responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation, compounding, and evaluation of flavour samples
• Conducting QA/QC checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods
• Ensuring all laboratory procedures comply with internal quality and safety standards
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Participating in sensory evaluations and product stability studies
• Assisting in troubleshooting customer complaints related to product quality
• Collaborating with the production and R&D teams on continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
• Fresh diploma holders are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in a flavour, food, or fragrance lab will be an advantage
• Knowledge of basic laboratory practices and food safety standards
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
