Full Time SITE COORDINATOR Jobs, salary up to SGD 4,000 in Mandate Of Manpower Pte. Ltd. Central - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documentation and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparation of necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining and assisting in project changes.
• Providing administrative support when required.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Assist in the development of project strategies alongside the management.
• Ensuring projects adhere to necessary frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project as required.
• Assessment of project risks and issues and providing solutions wherever applicable.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed and aligned towards the best solution.
• Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Adhere to project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma from recognized tertiary establishment in Facility Management / Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services
• Relevant experience in similar role will be an advantage
• Resourceful, team player and able to work independently
• Must be able to work and / or response after office hours and weekends
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
