Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as an IT Support Executive, contributing to effective technology solutions and enhancing customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple IT tasks and engage with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT support duties, including data protection and routine security checks.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to hardware and software.
- Provide training and guidance on IT security practices to staff.
- Assist in planning and maintaining the PC and system network.
- Support with the procurement of IT equipment and accessories.
- Handle ad-hoc IT-related tasks, including inventory and POS systems.
- Aid in implementing new POS, e-shop, and inventory systems.
- Maintain and update e-shop products and respond to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Organize delivery arrangements and assist with kitchen orders when necessary.
- Contribute to marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales and profitability.
- Assist with planning and executing promotional activities with suppliers and staff.
- Ensure effective product displays and advertising materials within outlets.
- Conduct market research to identify new products and potential suppliers.
- Prepare point-of-purchase materials and price cards for retail and dining.
- Regularly update the website and social media platforms.
- Explore innovative web marketing techniques and strategies.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and documentation following outlet visits.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support.
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft LS & Business Central.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with outlet managers and the purchasing team.
- Willingness to travel to various outlets as needed.
- Ability to adapt to ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
