Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
· Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations
· Lead, motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service
· Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
· Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities
· Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, operational standards, and all company policies, procedures, and service protocols across the outlet
· Assist with team scheduling, training, and performance reviews
· Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
· Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory, and ERP-related tasks
· Carryout any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager
What We’re Looking For
· Prior supervisory or management experience in F&B or hospitality
· Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
· Hands-on, customer-focused, and a good team motivator
