Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
0. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, customer inquiries, and service requests.
Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate personnel where necessary.
Assist and serve walk-in customers courteously.
Sales and Order Processing: Create and process sales orders accurately in the system.
Submit e-invoices through customer portals and email as required.
Prepare necessary documentation such as Invoices, commercial invoices, and packing lists for overseas clients.
Ensure timely posting of customer documents (e.g. delivery order copies) as required
Organize and file delivery orders (DO), invoices (INV), and purchase orders (PO)
Manage the procurement of office stationery and warehouse consumables on an annual or semi-annual basis or ad-hoc purchases for special requirements as directed by the management
Coordinate shipments, including preparation of shipping documents, liaising with freight forwarders, and monitoring collection schedules.
Manage outgoing courier services and ensure timely deliveries.
Track and follow up on incoming shipments and stock details. Issue purchase orders and perform material receiving in the ERP system.
Support other ad hoc duties
Key Requirements:
Enjoy meeting customers to introduce products to the customers
Candidates should preferably possess a GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels certificate or any equivalent professional qualifications
No Experience is also welcome. Training will be Provided
Good command of both written and spoken English
Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Loves building relationships with customers
Salary $2,200-$2,400 (salary commensurate with experience; UP $2,500)
