Job Description

The Programme Executive, Industry Engagement & Marketingwill support the outreach, communications, and stakeholder engagement efforts for the Skilled Trade Enabling Programme. The role will focus on raising awareness of the programme, engaging companies and industry stakeholders, and supporting marketing and publicity efforts across various platforms.

The candidate will work closely with internal teams, industry partners, government agencies, trade associations, and companies to support industry adoption and participation in the programme.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing and Communications

a) Develop marketing materials, publicity content, presentation decks, EDMs, brochures, and other programme collaterals.

b) Support the development of clear messaging to explain the objectives, benefits, and participation pathways under the Skilled Trade Enabling Programme.


2. Industry Engagement and Outreach

a) Support industry briefings, engagement sessions, outreach events, and stakeholder meetings.

b) Assist in coordinating with companies, trade associations, industry partners, and government agencies.

c) Prepare event materials, attendance tracking, follow-up actions, and post-event summaries.

3. Programme Support

a) Maintain updated contact databases and stakeholder engagement records.

b) Support administrative coordination for meetings, presentations, and industry events.

c) Assist in preparing progress updates and reports for management and partners.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management, or related disciplines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to prepare clear presentation materials and marketing content.
  • Comfortable coordinating with industry stakeholders and external partners.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in events, or stakeholder engagement will be an advantage.
