Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Trinitium’s technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solution initiatives by bridging business needs with technical delivery. You will be responsible for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing requirements across end-to-end project lifecycles, with a strong focus on Financial Services Industry projects such as banking, fintech, insurance, payments, lending, compliance, risk, and digital banking.
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with clients, business users, internal teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and project objectives.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, walkthroughs, and clarification discussions to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating requirements, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and changes clearly throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional requirements, business rules, user journeys, workflows, and system interactions.
- Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification Documents, user stories, use cases, process flows, and requirement traceability matrices.
- Assess current state and future state processes to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, risks, and solution requirements.
Financial Services Industry Support
- Support projects within the Financial Services Industry, including banking, fintech, insurance, digital banking, payments, lending, customer onboarding, compliance, risk, regulatory reporting, and financial operations.
- Understand FSI related business flows, approval processes, operational requirements, regulatory considerations, and system dependencies.
- Provide business analysis input to support secure, scalable, and practical technology solutions for financial services clients.
Solution & Deliverables Management
- Work closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical deliverables.
- Review project deliverables, functional specifications, test scenarios, and system outputs to ensure alignment with agreed business requirements.
- Manage requirement changes by supporting impact analysis, documentation, prioritisation, and stakeholder approval.
Documentation & Governance
- Prepare, maintain, and update business analysis documentation throughout the project lifecycle with proper structure, clarity, and version control.
- Ensure all requirements, decisions, changes, and approvals are properly documented for transparency, traceability, and governance.
- Support internal documentation standards and contribute to consistent delivery practices across Trinitium’s projects.
