Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
- Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of retails and F&B are added advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft SQL will be added advantage.
- Service-minded, patient, and able to communicate clearly with users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin is added advantages as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Familiar in POS hardware, networking and Windows OS troubleshooting.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
Responsibilities
- Provided support such as guidance, troubleshooting or consultation to dealers and customers on HRMS Products via phone calls, emails and remote access.
- Keeps record of the job performed such as inquiries, complaints, feedback and solution provided.
- Follow up unfinished job from time to time both internally and externally to ensure customer’s inquiries does not left unattended.
- Able to work both independently as well as a team.
- Ad-hoc task may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required.
