• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field  
• Open to recent graduates or individuals with 3 years of experience  
• Understanding of pre- and post-contract processes  
• Experienced in tendering bill of quantities claims management and cost control  
• Skilled in MS Office AutoCAD and QS software (e.g. Cubi cost)  
• Capable of interpreting construction drawings  
• Strong communication analytical and negotiation abilities  

Responsible for managing all financial and contractual aspects of civil/ building projects from inception to completion. They ensure projects stay within budget, handling cost planning, procurement, and measurement of materials (taking-off)
