Requirements

  • SPM, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 6 months experience in handling customer is preferred
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
  • Creative, organized, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Position: Customer Service Executive

Tenure: 12 Months Contract - Renewable

Salary: RM 2500.00

Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Working Location: Uptown 5, Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media and create simple content
  • Support advertising and branding activities
  • Conduct basic market research and monitor trends
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports
