As a Sales Support Admin Officer / Executive, you will be responsible to support Key Account operations by managing orders, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on payment collections from key accounts
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely product deliveries
- Handle monthly settlements and related documentation for key accounts
- Update and manage key account purchase portals, including product listings and account requirements
- Process expense claims, administrative requests, and other related tasks in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient daily operations
- Provide support for ad hoc duties assigned by the line manager from time to time
