Requirements:

* Certificate / Diploma in Construction, 

* Minimum 2–5 years site supervision experience, preferably high-rise projects.

* Strong knowledge of construction sequence and site coordination.

* Able to read construction drawings.

* Good leadership and communication skills.

* Able to work long hours and under site conditions.

* Site-based position.

Job Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for construction works.

* Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.

* Monitor workmanship quality, productivity, and safety compliance.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site team.

* Report site progress, issues, and delays to Project Manager / Engineer.

* Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox meetings.

* Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with safety regulations.

* Assist in inspection, testing, and handover works.
