Role Description

This is a Freelance, Remote Recruiter role located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The role also involves collaborating with organizational leaders to understand talent requirements, building relationships with potential candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying and securing top talent to support the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and assessment skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Proficiency in HR practices and labor laws
• Analytical and organizational abilities to evaluate hiring metrics and processes
• Experience in a consultancy or corporate environment is an advantage
