JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Retail Operations: Responsible for daily operations of Singapore DTC stores, ensuring smooth processes and premium customer service delivery to end-customers.
  • Business Performance: Achieve annual sales budget for Singapore DTC stores.
  • P&L Management: Monitor KPIs, review store performance, and drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Store Projects: Lead new store opening, renovations and retail projects on time, on budget and in line with brand standards. Responsible for negotiation of new leases and lease renewal.
  • Campaign Execution: Partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful retail campaigns and in-store activations that drive traffic.
  • Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and improve SOPs to maximize efficiency, compliance, and consistency across stores
  • Team Leadership: Coach, train, and motivate Store Managers to achieve business goals while building a customer-focused culture.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with HR, Finance, Merchandising, and Marketing to resolve issues and enhance store success.
  • Aftersales Service Care: Responsible and support Aftersales Service Centre division to ensure smooth operations and handling of the customers’ repairs and deliver customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Retail Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial level in retail operations.
  • Skilled in managing day-to-day store operations independently.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire retail teams to achieve targets and deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Dynamic, hands on and resilient professional, comfortable in both retail and office environments.
  • Able to adapt and manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage P&L, review KPIs and optimize store performance for sustainable profitability.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
