Job Description:

• Drafting and posting of job description on various recruitment platforms
• Looking for potential career prospects via recruitment platforms
• Arrange for interviews / follow-up interviews
• Conduct interviews
• Screening of interviews
• Follow through the whole onboarding process
• Brainstorming on new ideas for recruitment activities (on zoom or physical events)

Expectations of Candidate:

• Full of ideas
• Must be comfortable with calling potential candidates to schedule interview and conducting interviews via zoom
• Able to think out of the box and create methods for implementation
• Keen to learn, brainstorm and have a positive attitude
• Prior experience or knowledge on the financial industry and recruiting will be a PLUS!

Work Details:

• Time: 8 hours per week
• Location: Office @ Alexandra

Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE 'A' Level/Full-time Local Diploma or equivalent
