Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AV Project Manager based in Singapore. The AV Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles, manage logistics, and coordinate resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery of audio-visual installation projects. Responsibilities include expediting project processes, conducting inspections, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing project documentation. The Project Manager will also collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor experience to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met efficiently.
• Strong skills in Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects.
• Proficiency in Inspection to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Experience with Logistics Management to coordinate materials, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong professional relationships.
• Familiarity with audio-visual or technology installation projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is advantageous.
