As a Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include:
Business Development & Sales
Identify, propose, and win new business opportunities
Develop relationships with new and existing clients
Promote brand and differentiate from competitors
Meet quarterly revenue and profit targets
Account Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
Ensure high client satisfaction and service delivery
Handle all account-related issues with ownership
Sales Operations & Execution
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
Track account metrics and forecast performance
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver contracts on time
Provide updates to internal and external stakeholders
