As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive compliance advisory services to fund businesses. Your responsibilities will encompass staying updated on the latest rules and regulations, establishing robust compliance programs, implementing effective compliance frameworks and procedures, and overseeing general compliance matters.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance advisory, specifically in global markets or funds business. A solid understanding of SFC type 1, 4, and 9 rules and regulations is essential. Additionally, familiarity with China’s rules and regulations would be advantageous.
