Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development:

Achieve designated sales goals by actively promoting company products, specifically Interior Design AI Solutions, Toilet Cubicles with IoT Solution and Decoration Materials. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across diverse sectors, including Government, Real Estate Developers, Architects, Designer, Contractors, and Property Management firms.

• Account Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are consistently met and retention is maximized.

• Project Management:

Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial pitching, quotation to sample development, site visits, and final project delivery.

• Customer Excellence:

Provide exceptional pre-sales consultation and post-sales support. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Business, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of B2B sales experience within the Construction or Building Materials industry.
• Proactive, self-driven, and outgoing personality.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal skills, and commercial negotiation.
• Good presentation skills with native proficiency in Cantonese and good command of Mandarin and English
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
