About the Role:
- Prepare Technical Submission, such as Material submission, Shop drawing submission, Method Statement.
- Review sub-contractor’s submission, prior submit to MTR / Design
- Coordinate between ABWF design and site issue with different department.
- Coordinate between DHK / Subcontractor / MTR for works Inspection
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Higher Diploma in Building management or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years or above relevant working experience in ABWF
- With BIM knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Revit
