Full Time Security Operations Manager (Threat Assessment - Communications) Jobs, in Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Lantau Island - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and assess security- and safety-related information from internal sources, external partners, vendors, and open-source platforms
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders, other Disney security operations centers, and external agencies including local authorities
• Proactively evaluate and implement technologies to enhance information gathering, reporting, communications, and operational coordination
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high professional, analytical, and communication standards
• Support crisis management and time-critical decision-making during incidents or peak operational periods

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree required; postgraduate qualification in security, information management, or emergency management preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the security field, with exposure to security operations and communication centers, also practical understanding for the operations of a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) will be an advantage.
• Experience managing teams (10+ headcount) is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of information gathering platforms, OSINT tools, CCTV, access control, incident management, and mass notification systems
• Trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Professional certifications are desirable
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, briefing, and decision‐making capabilities
• Proven ability to handle sensitive or classified information with discretion
