Required Technical Skill Set
Java with familiarity with this business domain, and real time trading platforms experience (Warrants / Listed Options / Futures / Market Making & specifics of market links) are an advantage
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- experience working in a front office environment, and comfortable facing off to the business
- Ideally 8+ years of experience in a similar position or domain
- familiarity with this business domain, and real time trading platforms experience (Warrants / Listed Options / Futures / Market Making & specifics of market links) are an advantage
- sufficiently advanced Java expertise as well as the interest in learning new technologies and practices
- an excellent communicator with strong internal client relationship skills
- strong planning skills, well-organized and can work well under pressure
Good-to-Have
- demonstrated the ability to work effectively and potentially juggle several tasks simultaneously
- the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges, like changes to business requirements on a daily basis
