Spin Master Ltd Hiring! Full Time Project Manager, Engineering in Kowloon, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

What will you work on?

• Carry out project development, engineering support and debug to meet the product specifications, target cost and MAD.
• Work closely with various counterparts internally and externally on product development to meet product specifications, target cost and MAD under projected product development milestones.
• Provide effective technical supports, directions, and ideas during debug.
• Work with designated suppliers for components sourcing, development, cost negotiation, as well as technical support.
• Monitor and ensure on time schedule of product development, provide appropriate on-site supports.
• Provide manufacturing supports and assist to evaluate production output issues and resolve as requested.

What are your skills and experience?

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in toy development, from preliminary concepts through development to MAD.
• Solid experience in remote control and motorized category is preferred. Excellent project management skills and good understanding of Hard and Soft Toy quality standards of different countries.
• Multinational corporation (MNC) working experience would be an advantage.
• Proactive, flexible, a good team player and result oriented.
• Good sense on design and aesthetics judgement, knowledge of CAD would be an advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and good mandarin speaking.
• Occasional travel is required.
