We are looking for talents for the position of Resident Relations Supervisor in our Front Office team.

Key Responsibilities:
Embrace brand values of K11 ARTUS and be a K11 ARTUS ambassador
Provide one-seamless contact service to the residents
Handle all arrivals and departures according to the established procedures
Plan and prepare amenities for top-tier VIPs
Conduct detailed room orientation and art tour
Be a shift-in-charge to monitor room situation constantly and ensure accuracy on all daily transactions
Prepare and conduct training to enhance the daily operation and guest service standard
Assist the Manager to handle VOC (voice of customers) and work with respective teams
Supervise and support (Senior) Resident Relations Officers to provide excellent service delivery
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the whole guest journey is smooth and seamless
Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations
Response to general enquirers, concierge reservations, and other requests via every communication platform efficiently and professionally
Own and resolve complaints and inquiries to achieve guest satisfaction
Establish a connection and engage continuously with all residents
Be Intuitive and able to anticipate guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
Offer professional, friendly and engaging service consistently
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management is preferable
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience gained from the hotel or service industry
Passionate in the hospitality industry, proactive and responsible
Excellent and effective communication with professional presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and can work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and be courteous at all times
Ability to work cohesively and be a good team player
Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in other languages preferred
Knowledge of Opera System will be an advantage
Shift duty is required
