Hotel Indigo Hong Kong Island is franchised by InterContinental Hotels . It is located in Wan Chai. With one hundred thirty eight guestrooms, this is a boutique hotel with big-branded convenience and reliability where guests can enjoy the vibrancy and uniqueness of the local neighborhood.

Great restaurant memories come from many places. The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. As a F&B Host / Hostess, you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink and help keep service on-track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform duties to support the Food and Beverage services, including food preparation, display apparatus, the restaurant supplies placed with the disassembly, cleaning and hospitality services.
With other departments team members coordinate the needs to ensure that have adequate staff to provide services during entire operation period.
Perform all jobs which assigned by Senior Host/Hostess in smart way.
Ensure that serve respective guests with courteous manner and smile.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 1 years’ experience in food & beverage customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
Can read and write; happy to meet new people; basic computer skills, character on alert what happens around
Communication skills with team members, hotel guests and the public exchange; certain foreign language skills
Immediately available is highly preferred
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Captain.
