Handle full set of accounts.
Prepare routine reports and maintain complete and up-to-date records.
Communicate closely with clients and vendors regarding pricing and quality issues.
Issue and follow up on invoices, purchase orders and other relevant documents.
Assist with general administrative and clerical support.
Handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
LCC & I Higher / Diploma in Accounting or above.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Multiable & QuickBooks is an advantage.
Proficient in computer skills and knowledgeable in MS Office.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Immediate availability is preferred.
