Job Description:

Responsibilities

Has a strong understanding of all interactive design fundamentals (design direction and UX), through all digital channels.
Provides insight-driven, channel agnostic strategic and tactical creative direction to client business and brand in consultation with the ACD/Creative Director.
Continually pushes boundaries for digital solutions.
Capable of helping PMs estimate resource requirements accurately.
Can demonstrate working independently on various projects
Can influence the combination of creative thinking and technology for innovative business solutions throughout the agency.
Be able to deliver impactful and persuasive presentations that demonstrate our full-service abilities (where relevant) and our deep understanding of the full potential digital can offer a client’s business

Requirements

Basic HTML (for website & EDM production, and for working with vendors)
Basic knowledge of digital UX & UI
HTML 5 banner production (Use of google web designer / Animate CC and basic HTML 5 language + how to insert clicktag)
Animated GIF banner production
Website design (parallax, fluid and responsive)
EDM design
Website wireframes and user journey
Mobile App design
5+ years agency experience, with a proven track record in client satisfaction and business growth
At least 3 years digital/multimedia experience
Strong motivation skills – good team player
Highly effective communication skills
Positive “can-do” attitude
Cantonese/Mandarin and a command of English
