Job Duties:
Hard phone install, setup and fault handling to work with voice support if need.
1st tier support and work with network support if need.
Physical servers, server farm and virtual machines 1st tier support.
Handle fault reporting, remote hand to work with vendor support or system support
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above
At least 2 years' experience in contact centre system development and/or support and maintenance services
Experience in Avaya OR NICE Engage OR Oracle Siebel is highly preferrable
