Job Description:
Install phone, setup and fault handling to work with voice support if need

Provide 1st tier support and work with network support

Provide support to Physical servers, server farm and virtual machines

Handle user's service request eg. Apps implementation, testing

Requirement Details:
F.5 or above (5 subjects passed in HKDSE / HKCEE)

Minimum 2 years of IT working experience with at least 1 year of IT support experience in call centre

At least 2 years solid knowledge and experiences in supporting Avaya CMS, NICE Engage, NICE IEX and Oracle Siebel
