Position: Inside Sales Specialist (B2B)
Location: Kota Damansara PJ

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals & company objectives.

• Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within internal database systems.

• Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads.

• Assist and to develop new business opportunities

• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirement

• Maintain daily sales activities.

• Other task assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in any field.

• Proven sales experience, need not be in the same industry, although similar industry experience is an added advantage.

• Good time management is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, as well as advanced computer skills.

• Critical thinking, problem-solving ability & willing to learn.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines.

• Possess good judgment and attention to detail.
