Salary : RM 5,000 - RM 7,500

Working Days / Time : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensure strong talent acquisition strategies, and support HR operations. The role requires a proactive professional who can attract top talent, enhance candidate experience, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet the company’s workforce needs.
Job Responsibilities
[Talent Sourcing & Recruitment]
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure job fit
[Candidate Experience]
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Communicate clearly with candidates and provide timely updates and feedback
- Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers
[Stakeholder Collaboration]
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and refine job descriptions
- Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
[Recruitment Reporting & Improvement]
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics and hiring performance
- Prepare reports on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and hiring outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiency
[HR Compliance & Support]
- Support HR compliance activities in accordance with employment laws and company policies
- Assist in audits, documentation checks, and HR-related compliance updates
- Perform ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment strategies
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive, independent, and strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage all levels of staff
- Strong team player with ability to work independently when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
