Position: HR Manager
Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: No 40-2, Jalan Eco Grandeur 1/3B, Eco Grandeur, Puncak Alam, Selangor
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment activities and oversee the company’s overall human resource operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary matters, HR administration, and compliance with labor regulations. You will also work closely with management and department heads to support manpower planning and improve overall HR processes.
This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and staffing requirements
3. Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire suitable talent efficiently
4. Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and HR administration
5. Handle disciplinary issues including investigations, counseling sessions, warning letters, and proper documentation
6. Ensure company HR policies, procedures, and SOPs are implemented effectively across the organization
7. Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and confidential HR documentation
8. Support payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, leave management, and staff movement records
9. Organize employee engagement programs and internal HR activities to maintain positive workplace culture
10. Ensure compliance with Employment Act requirements and labor regulations
11. Prepare HR reports and provide HR-related support and recommendations to management when required
Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
2. Experience in recruitment, HR operations, or HR management is an advantage
3. Good understanding of Employment Act and HR best practices
4. Able to handle disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially
