Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting
- Ensure accuracy and proper classification of all General Ledger (GL) entries
- Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
2. General Ledger & Reconciliation
- Maintain integrity of the General Ledger by reviewing journal entries and adjustments
- Oversee bank, intercompany, suspense, accrual, and prepaid reconciliations
- Manage full fixed asset lifecycle including additions, disposals, and depreciation
3. Internal Controls & Audit
- Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements
- Support audit processes and liaise with auditors when required
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent) is preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
- Experience in audit firms is an added advantage
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
