Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting

• Ensure accuracy and proper classification of all General Ledger (GL) entries
• Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting

2. General Ledger & Reconciliation

• Maintain integrity of the General Ledger by reviewing journal entries and adjustments
• Oversee bank, intercompany, suspense, accrual, and prepaid reconciliations
• Manage full fixed asset lifecycle including additions, disposals, and depreciation

3. Internal Controls & Audit

• Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements
• Support audit processes and liaise with auditors when required

Requirements:

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent) is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
• Experience in audit firms is an added advantage

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
