RAWANG, SELANGOR
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for optimizing machine efficiency and productivity.
- To monitor the production planning schedule in order to meet the delivery date.
- To monitor and control machine downtime and reduce machine breakdown time.
- To arrange and organize manpower and material required for production.
- To have meeting and briefing with other supporting parties to ensure no breakdown in production.
- To prepare report and monitor for improvement.
- To monitor the yield loss and carry out improvement
- To ensure the quality of the product meet the standard.
- To monitor the customer complaint and carry out improvement action.
- To ensure and enforce the utilization of SOP and specified specification.
- To reduce production setting yield loss and rework item.
- Responsible for people management
- To ensure safety of the worker are being taken care of.
- To monitor and control the annual leave, medical leave, attandance and lateness of worker.
- To provide necessary on job training and briefing for worker.
- Responsible on the cleanliness and tidy up of work area
- To clean and tidy up the work area.
- To tidy-up all the parts in proper storage.

Requirements :
- Degree or Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical / Mechatronic.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in similar industry (pipe mills).
- Must have a willingness to learn.
- Logic and attention to detail.
