Position: Operation Manager
Location: Port Klang, Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure achievements of KPIs.

• Manage day to day business of the overall operations, including production, scheduling, technical and prepress, quality and maintenance.

• Manage operational expenses and budgets, allocating resources efficiently and implementing cost control measures for project completion.

• Monitors project progress and report periodic progress to Management.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and operational efficiency enhancements.

• Identify potential operational issues and implement necessary actions to prevent or mitigate any impact from contingencies.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, vendors and regulatory agencies to ensure the availability of necessary resources and services.

• Ensure housekeeping (5S) is well maintained.

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Manufacturing, Operations, Business or equivalent.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in operation role in manufacturing is required for this position.

• Analytical problem-solving abilities for production-related concerns.

• Excellent leadership to manage and lead the operation team.

• Proficient in communication in Mandarin and English.

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
