Responsibilities
Position: Operations Executive
Location: Kota Damansara, PJ
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Based at the Operations cum Admin Department
Handle and coordinate active cleaning schedules/ calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Assist in admin and office support duties
Assist the Director, if needed
Customer Services- reply to customer enquiries via social media and Whatapp
Arrange equipment & tools for the cleaning crew
Act as a back-up for the operations team and driver i.e. send cleaning equipment to cleaning crew (i.e. once or twice a month)
Any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Business Admin or equivalent.
Minimum one (1) years’ experience in operations or administrative capacity.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Good customer service and problem solving skills.
Must be able to work independently and has a responsible attitude.
Computer literate (i.e. MS Office, Google Calendar).
Own transport is an added advantage.
