Job Responsibilities:

• Provide training to housekeeping attendants on proper cleaning and maintenance procedures.
• Supervise housekeeping staff daily to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of office spaces and common areas (e.g., stairways, lounges) to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assign housekeeping tasks and review completed work to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Establish and enforce cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness standards among staff.
• Motivate team members and resolve any on-the-job issues as they arise.
• Handle customer complaints and special service requests professionally.
• Schedule staff shifts and arrange replacements when necessary.
• Investigate and address complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Conduct training sessions for housekeeping staff as required.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and order stock when needed.
• Issue cleaning materials and equipment to housekeeping staff as required.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies across all areas.
• Perform general cleaning duties when necessary due to staff shortages.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in housekeeping.
• Hands-on experience in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
• Physically fit with stamina to perform demanding tasks, including standing for long periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school education or equivalent (additional qualifications are an advantage).
• Malaysian citizens only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
