We are Food & Beverage company operating milk tea shops in Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. Our office is located in the Danga Utama area, conveniently near Paradigm Mall JB and Sutera Mall.
Job Description:
1. Administrative Duties
- Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and documents, including business licenses and related applications.
- Maintain an organized filing system (both digital and physical) for proper record keeping.
- Coordinate with outlets and management on operational matters, including customer complaints, bulk orders, Google reviews, and other related issues.
2. Customer Service Duties
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Respond to customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Provide product/service information clearly to customers
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain good customer relationship and company image
Requirements:
- SPM and Above
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Sheet, Word, Forms and etc.
- Able to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organised.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
