• Attend to residents/owners' inquiries, service requests, and complaints tactfully and ensure they are resolved satisfactory .
• Execute daily repair tasks assigned by the Front Desk or Operations team immediately, prioritizing issues that affect guest comfort and room availability.
• Perform hands-on repairs including basic carpentry, painting/touch-ups, plumbing (unclogging drains/leaks), and electrical work (replacing switches/bulbs, perform troubleshooting and basic repairs for AC units).
• Maintain a daily log of completed tasks and repair works for record-keeping.
• Undertake additional technical tasks or special projects as assigned by Management to support the overall upkeep of the property.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
• A good team player with an aggressive and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
