Job summary

To perform the products and promotion sales via telephone and attend to subscriber’s applications and sales enquiries.

To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility

• Perform outbound calls to promote the products and promotion and generate targeted sales for the company.
• Answering and responding to inbound calls on the product promotion & packages, enquiries according to specified Practice and Procedure.
• Ensure monthly sales target is achieved.
• To provide accurate information / solution / service with excellent telephone courtesy.

Requirements

• SPM (pass) / Certificate / Diploma / Degree holders.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• No working experience required.
• Good command/fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Age 19 years old - 40 years old.
